Where to get them?

My rear fender has a rust hole on the inside. Like where the undercoating is at, there is a hole. Does anyone know what this part would be called and where I could get a replacement one at?

It would be the wheel well. If you stick your finger in the hole then you can touch the back seat, if that helps.

I found some more rust. It is where the spare tire sits. I think I need a whole fender well. But I am not sure because the one they have at Hawks doesnt have a pic of it so I dont know if its what I need.
