What are these holes for?

There are six holes on the bottom center portion of the chin spoiler on my '91 Camaro. What are the holes for? Is there supposed to be a piece that bolts to the underside of the spoiler?

hmm, post a pic, i think i might have an idea.

some B4c camaros (police issues) had 6 holes drilled in their front GFX on the drivers side for their sirens. maybe someone wrecked your car previously and replaced the font GFX with one off a B4C? thats my best guess.

EDIT: heres a link to a pic of a B4C with those holes. they are on the drivers side.

there is a plastic piece that smooths airflow into the radiator and those holes is it mounts.

No, the air dam mounts to the lower radiator support.
