What's that off of? Doesn't look too bad. Kind of looks like the wrap around T/A spoiler a little bit....

Not the Wings West, but looks very similer from the pic. The ends don't taper like the WW. That spoiler didn't come from a camaro. Definately came off of a bird, Sorry, don't know which one.

Yeah, you're right. It may be modified.

The ebay auction it came from is correct...its a 88 Trans Am spoiler. But what it didnt say is it fits a 88 Trans Am CONVERTIBLE. It fits on the flat trunk lid...there are two point pieces missing that finish off the wing at the front. They are split there so the trunk can open.

This is the best picture I could find (and I know its 91 or 92 TA) but you can see how the wing mounts.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but since we're on the topic of spoilers. Would a 4th gen spoiler look good on a 3rd gen firebird? And if so, does anyone have any pics?

Thirdgen.org's sponsors(hawks and gt fiberglass) make 4th gen styled spoilers. Actual spoilers pulled from 4th gen trans am's require a little fiberglass work.

Does it look good. In my opinion, yes, better than anything else, but that's strictly my opinion.

But actually...thats not the same wing. Thats a Firebird...not a Trans Am. That wing is a little different than the one pictured above. That one is a lot like the standard Firebird wing and the Trans Am Vert wing is rounded like the standard Trans Am/Formula wing. But the pic you have does show how it mounts flat on the deck lid.
