Are we talking about the upper kit or the upper and lower?

The seller himself will reply to details.
He did say the upper hinge repair kit includes the lower hinge pins and bushings.
Not a bad deal and you're saving about $15 if you buy 2 kits.

if this kit will fix my heavy *** passenger side door problem then i'll take one. the passenger side door feels twice as heavy as the driver side (which feels fine).

 

It will restore your door/s back to factory.
