por15 how much do i need

I want to buy por15 to seal my car its getting worse everything I look I find more rust starting, anyways I want to get it before I have to replace the whole floorpan. After reading about ti and talking to tech I'm all for this, I saw pictures of cars with it and wow. i just can't figure out how much i should buy, im on a low budget so i dont want to waste money. the tech's said buy a gallon of everything, metal ready, marine clean and the paint. but after reading the post logs comments were that por15 spreads like water. so how much do i need. i want to coat the entire underside, floor pan and suspension components, also fenders on the backside rear quarters on the backside and the inside of the car also needs some because the rust has crept through in spots. how much should i get of each thanks in advance

What exactly are you painting? I painted my rearend and lcas with 1 tiny can, came with the six pack deal, and it was more than enough. Had some left over. I also bought a quart of the engine enamel and silver por 20 for the headers. I have painted 2 set of heads, engine and lifter valley with 2 coats. Barely even used any of that quart. It is very thick stuff but coats and spreads VERY well. Be careful when applying as well because it doesn't appear to run right away but after an hour or 3 you will see the runs. Let us know what exactly it is that you are painting before you buy it. I also bought a gallon of the metal ready and haven't even used up the first spray bottle full.

everything

thats good too hear, the deals allways like to sell you alot of paint. i want to paint everything. i want to coat the whole car the entire bottom and the floor pan on the inside i also want to do the rear and some fenders. i paid way to much for my car and ive spent alot of money so far fixing what shouldnt have been wrong. so i want to stop the rust. I got shafted on the price. $4000 for nice paint and rims. 83 z-28 crossfire in mint working condition. when i got the car it had low oil no collant no tranny fluid (a hard one to manage) and it was leaking brake fluid and power steering fluid so needless to say everything was bad. the guy steamed the car then droped it in his trailer. so i drove it 5 miles and didnt notice too much ecept vacume leaks in the dry rotted hoses. and low collant/oil. if it looks too clean theres a scam! not to mention the floor rusted out infront of the drivers seat, just thin enough to say the floor was still there.

Then if I were you I would get a gallon of por and metal ready. You will want to do 2 coats. Then some left over for things like the rearend and suspension stuff. Don't forget brush and gloves. Wear old clothes too. This stuff does not clean up very well. I had some in my hair for a long time until I got a haircut and the lady asked me what I was painting. I said nothing then remember the por from a month ago.
