Removing weatherstripping
Does anyone know how to remove the weatherstripping that is ATTACHED to the t-top?
I need to get to the screws underneath the weatherstripping and it's glued on the t-top. I dont want to tear it so I can reuse it. I thought about maybe trying to heat it but I am not sure if that will work. I am trying to replace the rubber strip that runs underneath the weatherstripping. Thanks in advance!!!

I assume you're talking about the weatherstripping on the glass top? It should'nt be glued on unless it's been replaced before. When you remove the trim panel from the glass you will see two screws holding the tabs for the weatherstripping into slots on the channel - remove them. Carefully pry the outside edge of the weatherstrip out of the channel and the rest should be evident.
If it is glued, go ahead and try the heat to soften it up.

Try heat, or weatherstrip release agent or both.
Gasket remover will also remove the glue but be very careful because it will also remove your paint.
