Doors sagging pro or no?

My qestion is first what exactly am i looking for and to replace with my doors sagging and hitting the lip were the door would normally sit on. Then to replace this certain part would i need to be a 10 on the mechanic list or could very non-pro mechanic person such as me be able to handle it with some guidance off this website? Any ideas on a good place to find the right parts for decent price. Sure hope its not a full door replace (just got the car repainted)

The TDS 205080 deluxe hinge repair kit is at the top of that page. Look at the bottom of that same page and you'll see the kits listed separately. You can repair the door for $74 using the 200370 kit. That kit is far superior to the OEM pins and bushings. The 201370 greasable kit is $96. It is up to you to decide if it is worth the extra $22 for the convenience and assurance that you're getting grease forced directly into the pin and bushing interface.

911rsq, please let me know where to get the gun for $6. I suspect you haven't checked the price lately. My cost for it has nearly doubled in just the past 3 months. Yet I haven't raised my price since I first listed it in 2002.

Thanks,

Lon Salgren

If you guys have a better solution to Lon's upper hinges then please show me, Lon has the state of the art upper hinge replacement and if you can't afford it, stay with sagging doors.

I actually just fixed mine using the pins from the help section at autozone and then made my own bushings, the hinges themselves were worn so I welded the whole up and redrilledthem. prolly spent about 3 hours and 40 bux total

Additionally, the $200 kit does ALL the hardware on BOTH doors.

Thats worth it, if you ask me.

Lon....i didnt mean to offend...it was just a joke. i have no idea what that paticular grease gun costs, but have seen and bought em for $6-10. i have no doubt that you sell a great product and that it works 1000% better than the crapppy factory setup...my joke was not about the hinge kit. i was merely throwing a quip out there ref Jeff's comment...

p.s. thanks for keeping the prices low for us even tho your cost has gone up.
