hood insulation
I need new underhood insulation. classic has what I need for around sixty bucks! great I will take one.....but shipping is 150 bucks?
does anyone know where I can get new insulation for a reasonable price?

i paid $60 for mine from gm. i sold it at one point on here years ago for $45. i went to try and ship it they wanted $110 through ups because of size.

I have an 84 T/A and the insulation is different from the 92

Drop into your local GM dealership and ask for part# 14099508 - hood insulator for '83 / '84 Trans Am.
It should cost you @ $70.
