Re: Fiberglass trim panels

a mod will probably come along and move it for you.

Question is... is it gonna be any different than stock? I think it'll look nice, but unless you smooth it out or something I really dont see the reasoning behind doing that much extra work... Just curious.

Re: Fiberglass trim panels

well, i went into putting the stock panels in and it did not line up the way i wanted and where the spare was there was empty space and after removing the seatbelts i had a hole. looking at how bad it looked i thought that i could make one fiberglass piece that would fit in there and cover where the seatbelt was and use the space where the spare was.
I still have some fiberglass mat and resign left over after fixing the radio trim and gfx on my friends truck but if i go ahead and start on this piece i probably going to have to buy some more. and i think i would end up doing all the panels in the hatch area so i can paint them same color.

Re: Fiberglass trim panels

the only real problem that i see at the moment is making the other side look the same. I am not sure how to accomplish that. Or should i make them different and take their own line so it doesn't look like i tried to do them same but messed up?
