Monte Carlo Compatible?

Was watchign the power block and on horse power they are working on making a 502 86' Monte... But Im sort of fond of the front clip on that car... Now i have no clue if they are close ro way off. But does anyone know if the front would work.. Not the fenders but the like bumper cover or what ever it is called? Or if that wouldn't... Heres some pictures of the front bumper...

Re: Monte Carlo Compatible?

well....i've seen the camaro nose on an el camino and the el camino and monte front clip are basically the same as far as i know. it might not be a direct bolt on but i'm sure you could make it work if you really wanted to. personally, i dont think it would look too good.

just looking at them it doesnt look like they would fit.. and even if by some chance you could put a monte from clip on a camaro the body lines wouldnt line up and it would look horrible. personally i like the camaro front end alot better

And its not an exact match, i believe that nose is aftermarket. Headlight indentations are shorter. the whole thing is sunk in.

I believe the company that sells/sold those is Lauren Engineering, I'm not sure there still around. IIRC, they also sold a kit that made use of a Lumina front end.
