Is it Possible; if so how? $

Hi, I was wondering if they make plastic parts to replace the body of my 92' Firebird.
I would want it to stay looking the same... Unless I could find a site with a selection of body kits. Anyone know?

Cheapest place is junkyard, ebay or craigslist.

Hawks sells new and refurbished parts also - they advertise on here. There are also a few other places around - do a search on the web for "firebird parts"

Well, stock parts are steel... So are you saying there are available plastic parts?

Damn I totally didn't think about safety concerns, also I didn't know there was a differance between carbon Fiber and Fiberglass. I like both *****s and muscle cars. I'm more into technologie so it doesn't bother me.

big difference between the two, just look for a nice fiberglass hood, and gut the inside if u need to drop weight leave the rest of the body alone, just make up for the weight with some extra power unless ur makeing a purpose built drag car....

fiberglass hood if about it, maybe get away with fenders if you can find them, but fiberglass doors are unsafe and you will probably die if you are in a side impact accident. they are for race cars only, no street use, that have cages, custom chassis ect.
