Would a car Bra for a 82-85 Trans AM fit a 87 GTA? Are the fronts of the cars that different. The car Bra comes with Headlight covers as well.

If it fits an 85 Trans Am, then yes...but the noses from 82 and 83 are completely different than all the other years. Although 84 is still different than 85, its still the same basic shape, without foglights.

I don't see how one that would fit an 82-83 would work on 85, but if it does, the nose for an 87 is identical.

I still see the those bra's on ebay all the time and once in full moon you might find one at schucks or autozone!

55313-01 From lebra will fit your car. I double checked. Cost $65.00 and can get them at local autoparts. They'd have to order but it will only take a day.I got one for my 89' T/A and LOVE it. It will mess up your paint on the nose and edge of hood. I drive my car 75 miles a day on highway and it sits outside in Michigan, so take that into consideration. It vibrates at highspeed,so that's what screws with the paint. I don't really care because I like the look. They last me about 3-4 years before they start to tear. Keep armor-all on it and will look awsome!!! I'd get this one because it fits good and looks good. I'm sure they all mess with paint, even if you wax before install. Unless you already found one, I'd just order this one. My 2 cents.

Hey!! I just went on the web for lebra, and they do have a different part# for the 82 - 84 so I'd take that into consideration!!!! They were also different between aero and w/o aero package. But then I put in 85 and it came back to the 55133-01 witch will fit our T/A's. Check for yourself: carcoverguy.com I only checked LaBra, but they ARE different. Just a heads up. I really don't know why they are different, but I'd trust LeBra, They've been around for along time and it is a great fit!!!
