Dude-----Its a Gm full factory quarter panel. You couldnt even get it shipped for $60. You must be talking about a skin.

Re: GM Quarter panel--NEW

to my knowledge there are 3 quarter panels, front 2 which are skinnies and the whole rear, Ive replaced the front, for 60 shipped each. I don't know what you mean by Full, unless your talking about the rear.

Re: GM Quarter panel--NEW

just checked my catalog and its discontinued so wont give me what the price was on it. the part number used to be 12397535. interesting you talk about just the skin though. general motors dosnt offer any sheet metal "full" if its welded on the car then it comes seperate(braces, framework, actuall sheetmetal skins it all comes sepratly.). the only exception is the floor pan, if its from qm it should only be the outer quarter panel or skin whichever you prefer to call it

Re: GM Quarter panel--NEW

I call the front sheet metal on a car fenders, then you have the doors, then the quarter panels. Let me be as clear as I can about this-- This is a full factory GM quarter panel for the right rear(passenger rear). Fits 82-92 camaro, still has the GM sticker on it and is discontinued from GM stock. I haven't seen any of these in years. This is not a after market or reproduction part.

I think I understand what you bought for 60. shipped--a front fender, right? Which was a good deal! In my classic industries catalog repop fenders are 100 and repop quarter skins are also 100. before shipping, which is considered truck freight and usually is alot of $$$$$$$. So that was a good buy!

Can anyone tell me what this GM quarter is worth please.

Thanks!

The reason I call it full is because it is the FULL quarter and not a skin-- this is a skin--http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort it does not go back to all the factory seems as a full quarter. Skins do not have the sail panel that is between the door glass and the back glass, they do not have the door jamb area where the door striker is, there is a big difference between a skin and a full quarter. I dont know how else to explain it.

OK Icouldnt find pictures of both on a 82-92 for you to compare, but I did find pics of both on a 69 camaro. Thr first is a skin-- http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort

This one is a full quarter-- http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort

Does this help any?
