fiberglass t-tops
Does anyone make fiberglass t-tops? Im wanting something that can be painted to match the body so when they are in its like a hard top. I know they have them for corvettes but what about 3rd gen F bodies?
I saw a few threads from awhile back about this where a guy was making some, but im wondering if there is a company that sells them

Re: fiberglass t-tops
Find some of the Acrylic tops and paint them...
I think you could paint some Glass ones too if you wanted, IIRC there is some special things that you have to do to the Glass to get the paint to stick...
Honestly T-tops are Cheap from MOST junkyards because about half of the 3rd gens got them...

I would search the interenet... OR you might do one of the following...
Go into the place that you buy Automotive paint... Ask them. If they do not know, then get a tech number for the paint company.. IE PPG, Dupont, Sherwin Williams and ask one of their techies, there should be a method... I would assume that you will need to etch or sand the surface to get the paint to stick...
Like I said, start calling some reputable paint companies to see what you can do...
