are you talking about the rubber squeegee strip on the outside edge of the window? I think I took my INSIDE door pael off, put the window down and tipped the window to the inside and the rubber thing just clips in or might have a couple screws. I'll check my notes tomorrow for you

i just did that today, roll the window all the way down, take off the door panel, remove the 2 window bumpers that push the window towards the weatherstrip so you can pull the window all the way back towards you, take off the bolts holding the weatherstrip, if the window dosnt go down all the way take off the window triangle and that let my window go all the way down, then bolt on the new one
