Re: My 87 Formula accident...

yeah the place is called 313 motoring noyz n toyz. my father and I put in 2 light poles in their parking lot in exchange for the work to my car everything was going along very smooth until the end. they said they would tint my windows, didnt, they broke my wind shield and tried to make me pay for it.. (we went in and threw a fit and the owner covered the wind shield.) they are horrible. i was hit on the freeway on a rainy day. some *******s dog was on the road and the car in front of me stopped and so did i (DUH!) and the three cars behind me did. But, a F350 towing a big fifth wheel was goin at least 60mph on a slippery *** freeway.... the last car saw him and tried to move and he hit her, she spun out, (also she was with child) the blazer between me and him he destroyed. s10 blazer, and she hit me that hard... did a mention she had her foot on the brake and still hit me that hard? yeah the guy is lucky i didnt know what happened untill after the fact. my buddy in the back seat was in the hospital becuase of this, so was the 2 drivers in the other cars and i heard he had lost control and swurved into the car next to him before he destroyed the blazer AND my pride and joy. needless to say if i would haveknown he was the reason i would more than likely be in prison....

Re: My 87 Formula accident...

chain reaction accidents always suck because you cant just contact the person at faults insurance company you can only contact who ever it is that hit you and let them deal with who hit them. At least in New Hampshire thats how it works. glad to see that your car is back on the road!!

Re: My 87 Formula accident...

The reason for the hardtop to T-top conversion is when i was hit the roof buckled to the point where the hatch mounts couldn't be taken off without bending the roof.. since the top needed a decent amount off bump work I went to a local bone yard (parts Galore.. I love that place) and saw-zawed a top off and 85 t-top. the shop did a pretty good job with the conversion but that's about it. I pretty much had planned on converting it anyways, A friend of mine is an awesome body/paint guy and he said if i did all the grunt work he would cut off the hard top and weld on a t-top roof and prep it for paint for like $200 after i was hit it seemed like a No-Brainer.
