??? anyone who's done por-15

So i used por15 on the car... I'd post pics but it would be hard to see what im talkin about. I only put down 1 layer in 2 different places. I let it dry cause i ran out and i didnt have enough for a 2nd coat anyways. I was wondering, has anyone applied it, then let it dry, and had little bumps in the paint??? N before anyone asks.... I had it down to bare metal, had some surface rust, followed the steps reccomended by por as well as spoke with one of their techs... He suggested that the first area i did, the paint was trying to dry faster than it should, and it was kinda humid outside.... Probably a mess up on my part.. But i took his advice and did it under conditions that i think are perfect (in a different area.... It was about 71 outside and the humidity was aroung 60%.... It turned out slightly better but still had rough parts.... Anyone experience this??? Have any advice???

Yeah I think everyone who replies will say the humidity is to blame too. I don't think the humidity ever drops here less than 60% so I fully expected them when i used it.
Sorry no solutions unless you drive it to Vegas in the winter counts as one.

Better yet... Here's another question... for anyone thats done this as well... so I got a coat down and im goin over it sanding (both wet and dry) cause its been a while since i applied it... So what grit should i use before i apply a second coat?... Im using a combination between 300-400 grit, depending what the bumps are like... How should i prep it before i apply the second layer??? Id ask the guys at por but i dont wanna wait till tuesday, cause i got time tomorrow to do it... Plus id like to hear everyones experiences as well.. Thanks.. Later... Forgot to ask this... Anyone top coat the por??? If so what steps were taken and how did the top coat hold up over the por???
