your thoughts on this....

I saw this 'lil maro at a campground I stayed at during the weekend:

Any thoughts? I thought it looked God-awful. I'm just wondering what year/model this is. I'm assuming it's either an '83 or 84 since it doesn't have a 3rd brake light, 5 speed pattern on shifter, and double-pointed speedo. There were no decals saying what engine this thing had. I'm guess carbed 2.8 or maybe even 4 cyl iron duke? It only had one tailpipe.
And please forgive the quality of the pic... it was taken with my cell phone.

Re: your thoughts on this....

Well the hood appears to be a 85-90 iroc hood, the ground effects look quite thin so 82-84, and the front bumper is some awful body kit bumper. Poor car.

Yup the hood definitely isn't stock. Here's a shot of the fanny:

That front bumper looks terrible IMO. It was screaming "*****" especially with it having several cracks near the bottom.

Hmm i didn't know that this board censors the word "*****." I'm talking about the word that describes old hondas/toyotas with the ugly wings/ground effects and the obnoxious fart can exhausts.

I don't think they censor the R word, but there is a rule about not using symbols to replace letters. Although it appears everyone ... including myself ... breaks that rule.
And about the car in the pic, I consider most third gens diamonds in the rough.
