All 3rd gens use the same style. Only differences are the impact bar on 'birds is shorter width & the early o3rd gens had aluminum ones.
4 studs per bracket, 4 nuts. If your car the cooler lines on it, there will be an extra nut on the bottom.
Take that nut off, slide the cooler line bracket off, take the other nut off, that actually holds the brackets on.
And of course....The urethane nose has to come off first.

Re: front bumper install
No How-to that I know of.
I just start taking stuff that attaches to the nose until it comes off. Hood latch bracket.
The underbody under the nose....
3 nuts per fender (I've found them easiest to reach, by popping the side marker lights out (just spring loaded clips hold those in), studs are part of the nose...
Been quite awhile since I've done a Camaro nose, but it was WAY easier than my GTAs nose, with all it's air direction stuff
Just keep track of everything & you'll know where to put it back. You can get you some little can (i use soup cans)/plastic bags (i use those to) or a piece of cardboard to write on& "stab" bolts in to.
