Re: ground effects
Junkyards, junkyards and junkyards. My favorite place to go, and the first place i would look to find cheap parts. Now if you don't like that idea try YEARONE or Ecklers. Now are you talking about the actual bumper cover or the chin spoiler?

Re: ground effects
None of the effects, nor nose cover, nor tail cover, are fiberglass - and you can't use fiberglass to fix them. They are a plastic material, and you must use the proper repair materials for repairs to work.

Re: ground effects
both the people above are right. you do need the proper repair kit!! but if it is fairly small you can probably fix it and don't necessarily have to get it perfect the first time. the bumper repair kits i have seen are two part epoxies that you mix and use like bondo. if you sand too much, add more. post some pics because depending on where you live a 91-92 chin spoiler could be expensive/ impossible to find!

Re: ground effects
it looks like you need a new chin spoiler, i was picturing a small crack on the very bottom like what mine looked like when i bought my car. It looks like you may also need some new fenders and turn signals too. who painted your car?

Re: ground effects
I could be wrong but it looks like your turn signals have been painted over or at least have heavy over-spray on them. either that or they just really need to be wet sanded and buffed.

Re: ground effects
check into 3M's duramix products....I will be using them to fix some spots on my chin spoiler and nose. They're a bit pricey, but you get the right product to repair you're spoiler and have some left over for future repairs. You'll need the Duramix 4240, 4991(dispenser), adhesion promoter, degreaser and EZ sand plastic parts repair. Got all of it at amazon.com
