I hate rust

about two weeks ago I decided to patch a small hole in my DS wheel well.. until I realized my rockers and floors needed attention too..
the paints I used are RUST BULLET (silver) and RUSTOLEUM (black), both of these I brushed on.
first patch - drivers wheel well

drivers side, no before pic (too busy with the die grinder and welder lol, it did get sealed and then undercoated

pass side before

what I had to cut out

Re: I hate rust

and while I had it in this position I decided to take the extra time to rust bullet my wheel wells and re-undercoat them..

sorry about the long post but this was alot more work then I was expecting a single patch to turn into lol and I hope someone out there appreciates my pics, I know when I had the time to read these forums I loved the pics..

Very cool. I am needing to do the same to mine. Good thing it is in the garage and I can get started on it.

lol yeah I know I got fairly lucky, only needed 2 patches in my floors! good luck with yours

and thanks for the other comments. and I think I could have done better but I was on a time schedule between work, school and family time over thanksgiving break. hopefully soon I'll weld in my sfc's, pull my torque arm, reseal my rearend, cleanup and reinstall tq arm and paint all the rear mounts and bars to match so it'll be nice so it can sit for the next 4-5 months!

thanks guys its good to know people enjoy what I do..
