we can rebuild him, we can make him better

So, a few weeks ago the wife rear-ended a truck in the 91 bird. Not a big deal, just damage to the front bumper and hood. I got the bumper ordered and I found a local powerbuldge hood. I've been wanting to upgrade my regular hood with a powerbuldge, so this is a perfect excuse. I posted a thread about it a few days ago called bulge hood rust. Anyway, the guy said he could sand and primer the hood before I buy it or he could sand and primer the entire car, which I will need anyway. So, what I'm wondering is, how much is to much to pay to get the entire car sanded and primered? I'm in San Diego, ca if that makes a difference.

I'm not sure on the price, but you can at least sand the car down yourself and save some money. Sanding is easy, it just takes a lot of time.
