REPLACEING FLOORS! FENDERWELLS!!

REPLACEING FLOORS! FENDERWELLS!!

So i have a 89 formula 350, the floors are rusted, and the fender wells ( where the strut mounts to the mount) wondering what kinda welder to use? and how to cut this stuff out one of those like circular saws or something? pics of the tools well the saw anyways the welder i need to no what amp cause my frnd has one and he said it was like a 200 amp i think is that to much? or what is anything would helpyou guys thanks
