I wasn't sure if I should put this in body or appearance... but oh well. Has anyone done the self etching VIN kit on their windows? I'm really back and forth on whether I should do it or not. There's tons of third gens around my house, and none have it, but its a theft deterrent and mine is one of the nicer stock camaro's i have seen.

 

I cant see how etching you VIN into your windows would be a theft deterrent

You should be more worried about someone smashing said windows out

 

Dont wast your money, get a lojack and good alarm.
