90-92 Camaro Front GFX, still available?
My car got hit in a parking lot today and it's going to need a new front bumper and ground effect. I see the bumper is still available through GM parts direct, but I can't find the GFX. Does anyone know if it's still in production, would rather have a new one than try to track down a used one. Or if it is discontinued, where is the best place to get an aftermarket one? Part number 16514355

I know places like classic industries sells the whole set of gfx, including the front and rear bumper covers.
I don't know if they are still available through GM. Probably not. You could also go to a junkyard or salvage yard and find some there.

There was a thread with a link to a place that sold GM parts - the chin spoiler (think it has the effects for our cars was listed at $25 and $14 shipping - I saved it on my other computer - I'll get ya the link tonight!
Man - I really hate to hear that! Car looked so good last week!

Here ya go: http://www.gmpartsdepartment.com/par...aphicID=CD2013 &callout=11&catalogid=2&displayCatalogid=0
Can't get the whole link to take, so you'll have to do some digging on there to find it - it's $21.85 - unbelieveable, that why you should call first!
Call them and find out what the deal is, if it's real, really available, etc.

Yea.. I got run over by a monster truck lol, seriously! Thanks for the info Jeff, I think that is just the valence though. The little plastic piece behind the GFX.
Hopefully my repair place will be fine with ordering from Hawks, luckily the person did leave their contact info so it's covered.

Jordan:
Look at this other thread -
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/show...9&goto=newpost
The link works in that thread - you can click the part names at the top center and get the prices - someone just ordered from them, so in a few days you'll have a testimonial.
Let me know how it all works out! Meantime, I'll be rubbing my fingers raw trying to get my rims looking as nice as yours!

I have a code for 20% off at Classic Ind. Not sure if it will work for others but you can try it.
Re: 90-92 Camaro Front GFX, still available?
I have the front GFX if your still interested in one.
It's off a '91 RS, in great shape. No cracks or breaks of any kind. Just some very minor rash under the front of it, the side the faces the ground. It was on a lowered Camaro so it got some curb and speed bump rashes under it.
I'd let it go for $100 + shipping from Seattle, WA area, if your interested I'll post some pictures.
