Leaky 1986 Trans am

Water is leaking into the floor of my trans am. Windshield was taken out and repaired all around, and new sealant and new window put back in. Can't understand where the water is getting in. Any ideas?
Thanks

Where is it pooling up at?

Is it a t-top car?

Check your heater core.

Try parking on a slight incline with the nose up and see what happens - that will let you know if it's the rear hatch seal. When level, or nose down, the rear hatch groove will fill with water right where it curves from vertical to the horizontal rear. If the hatch seal is allowing water in under it (between the seal and the car body), this water will run all the way up to front floorboards under the carpet.

It is not a t-top and it pools under the floor mats in the front, mostly on the drivers side. I'll check the heater core as well as the other suggestions. Thanks, I'll let you know what I find out.
