Generally speaking, people aren't too receptive to a Firemaro or Cambird. There's one running around here, and it looks kinda goofy.

Well that's where mine will be different. I want to change the entire rear end for the camaro panels by fabricating the necessary panels to replace where the birds rear quarters stick further out. I don't want a cambird!!

I did see a camaro (rear tail lights) with a firebird (pop up headlights) front end locally...
It was white...

I have two jobs to get out first and then it's all hands on deck. Then I'll post pics of where I'm up to

Does anyone have any pics of the back end of the camaro without its bumper and taillights? If so I'd really appreciate a few.

To change the rears out, just cut the quarter panels out & put on the other ones. "Simple" as if you were to replace the quarter panels as if it has been in a wreck.

But regardless of what you do, the Title will always say Firebird. Your license plate will always come back to the cops as belonging on a Firebird, so he might be suspicious of your car & pull you over just because the plates belong on "another car".
Even at Inspection time, they could give you a hassle as have the right to refuse Inspection since they would not be sure of the validity of the car.
Then you have to explain to your Insurance company that your "Camaro" is a modified Firebird.

Well as I'm in the UK the guys who do the yearly inspection wont know what they're looking at anyway!! But I have taken it under advisement, thank you for the concern and logic!
