One with the buckets colored, I think I'm digging the gunmetal color.

Re: Stripe Concept?

I love symmetry, which makes me confused as to why i love how that looks...

I also hate stripes on third gens that go past the hood, but i think it works on this.

I think it looks great, +1 on the stripe with buckets painted.

Yeah, I'm not usually big on stripes either, but for some reason it works.

Re: Stripe Concept?

I'm on the fence about it. It looks ok, but I think it's missing something. I think that if it had a raised section of hood where the stripe is..like the Firebird power bulge then it would be awesome.

Re: Stripe Concept?

I agree with what was posted above. Normally, I don't like single stripes like that(possibly because the only cars that have them around me are r!ced out POS's driven by idiots that think they are driving ferraris).

But in this case I kinda like it. Definitely need to do the headlight buckets as well though. Otherwise it looks out of place with no other gray on the car anywhere.

Re: Stripe Concept?

..The new ACR and ACR-X Vipers have a drivers side only racing stripes. I personally dig the asymetrical element. And the grey buckets would be a must if you went ahead with this. I agree though it needs something else to give it more character..
