The digital ones, yes.
I just put some cool expanded metal in there to keep the leaves out.

I personally like the stock hood, and with GTA's becoming collectible the car will be worth more stock if you decide to sell it.

When I was looking for a GTA it was very hard to find one that hadn't been altered or beat up.
I personally like these cars stock down to the wheels.

+1 for Formula style bulge hood - I didn't really have an opinion of 'em til I got my 91 Formula - I really like the lines and they compliment the T/As really nicely, too.

Re: trans am vs powerbulge vs cowl hood

remember guys...this isn't shaving antennas or door handles/locks...this is unbolting one to put on another...he can keep his original and put it back at any time, so for the time being, value isn't much of what he's asking. I like the formula hoods myself, and if i wasn't hellbent on sticking a hood bird on my hood, i would get rid of my t/a hood and go ahead and use the functional formula hood I got sitting in my garage.

Nobody here said it was.
He asked for opinions and my opinion is that the stock hood looks best.

Value does bear consideration though as a lot of times people remove parts and then either sell the parts because they are just taking up space in the garage or they end up getting damaged or tossed out and down the road that will affect the value,so it does matter.

I walked away from several GTA's because of things like having aftermarket seats and spoilers, wheels, etc and the owners told me he had gotten rid of the original parts.

Yes,the hood can always be put back on later, but only if it's still around.

Re: trans am vs powerbulge vs cowl hood

The fact is that the original hood is the most expensive piece on the car. (The 4-vent hood is between $550.oo and $700.oo.)

I say keep the 4-vent! Looks good!
