Is this normal...
Tried to search but wasn't really sure what to search to get good results.
So I should mention that I haven't been driving the camaro as much since I got a old blazer to beat around, and i may be spoiled since I drive around in brand new lexus' at work all day.
but sometimes going over bumps I can feel it in my feet or in my seat. Just seems awkward to me for some reason. Ttop car, floors are in great shape, other specs in sig
I also had a clunk over hard bumps from what I assumed to be the door latch bouncing on the striker. Temp fix was wrapping a piece of gorilla tape around the striker, since it sticks well and is pretty thick. Has anyone else tried this? Seems to have improved it, Now most of the door rattles I think are coming from the window regulator, since the window seems to bounce around over bumps.
Thanks folks. btw, if anyone is selling an outdoor car cover please pm me, i'm looking for one.

evil, why post if you're not going to offer some advice? His car is pretty nice if you check out his cardomain. I'm sure other people have used duct tape to fix parts.
Cali, windows are know to cause noise problems over time. Do they make the noise when up or down? Might not be a simple diagnose. You might have to readjust your window. My windows seem somewhat loose too. I plan to try and fix it when I replace my regulator and door hinges. Not looking forward to it.

Temp fix like I said, Also a quick way for me to try and isolate and troubleshoot a problem. I now know what the problem is. I didn't hack anything, all i have to do is remove the tape. I'm saving a bunch of cash and scouring craigslist daily to find body parts so I can get it repainted this summer and fix all these issues correctly.
Only noise going up and down is the squeaking which I thought is the window sweeps. Recently when rolling the drivers side window up, sometimes the window will stick out instead of going up into the weatherstripping gap correctly. This creates a ton of wind noise more than normal, and I can actually see the gap across the whole length of the window. Actually every time I get in the car I have to crack the window down or it will catch on the weatherstripping and the door won't close, unless i slam it, putting lots of pressure on the glass which I fear will shatter it one day. When closing it from the outside I push in on the top of the window with one hand while pushing on the door with the other.

try replacing your pins, rollers, door hinges, that is whats causing your issue, over time these doors sag from being so heavy, i thought you were saying we should use duck tape on our doors if they rattle which is why i posted my comment earlier.
