Replaced triangle seals...still a lot of wind noise?

As the title says, I have a lot of wind noise even after replacing the triangle seals! They just don't seem to seal right to the window, and when I close the door they push in the weatherstipping along the a-pillar a bit. On the triangle seals, which way do they go? Should the side that has more go inside the window or outside? I installed them as the old ones came off. Maybe they were wrong before? I'll post pics if it's confusing. I'm not the best at describing.

Other than that, is is just the shape of the car that causes an unavoidable amount of wind noise?

sometimes these windows get wobbly over time too, so you may need to get into the door and adjust the window itself to get it resting just right against the roof rail seal too

I thought that would be the case. How do I go about adjusting the window?
