Crash Bumper stud plate holder washers?

Crash Bumper stud plate holder washers?
I am putting my car back together after pulling the frame and it only had 1 of these intact when I pulled it apart. I was just wondering if anyone here knew the proper name for them? They push down on the stud to hold the crash bumper stud plate in place after adjustment.

Thanks 86TA, those look like they might be what I'm looking for. No wonder no one seemed to be able to come up with a name for them.
