front nose questions

front nose questions

What year is this Z28 front nose? How do the parking lights bolt on to the body? it only has openings for them and nothing else. thanks.

Its from an 82-84 z28. Can't help you with the lights.

This is what the pocket looks like. nothing to really bolt the light too, or is there another piece missing that fits in there?

on my 90, the park lights (under the headlights) bolt on from the rear, The fog lights (in the center more) bolt to the impact bar behind the nose piece. if you look at the
picture in the 3 post, the metal behind the nose piece is where they mount on my 90 and i think the 82-84 use the same ones

theres a bracket that bolts to the metal supprt and the lights bolt in it. the lights dont bolt directly to the bumper cover.

Thanks, a friend said he thought thats how it went. I don't have that bar behind the bumper anymore so ill have to make something.

ive got factory fogs, but im at work so i can take pics of the bracket. maybe when i get home.

I have an 84 z28.The inside openings are for the grills(2).The outside openings are for the parking lights.They have a bracket that bolts them to the body as travis401 stated.82-84 did not have foglights.
