Camaro T-Top Conversion

I had done a T-Top conversion several years ago on my Camaro. I thought I might share the link to the video segments that walk you through the process from start to finish for anyone that was curious about cutting their Camaro for a conversion. I also listed the tools and parts required for the mod. I am sorry if this is in the wrong spot I am new to this forum.

Re: Camaro T-Top Conversion

I wouldn't know about that. If it was me I would just buy a convertible and save yourself the hassle. The T-Top Conversion I did in less than 2 hours and it looked pretty much OEM as far as I could tell. I would not recommend removing that much of your unibody because I would have to think that it would cause structural issues.

Re: Camaro T-Top Conversion

It cost me around $250 and I think I have a list of all the parts on the final Youtube video page. Maybe its on the 1st of 11... I'm not sure but all the info is there. It's been a while since I did this but I thought I would just share with everyone in case there were some people out there thinking about doing the same project.

Re: Camaro T-Top Conversion

You do realize that this is thirdgen.org and you posted the ttop cut for a 4th gen, right? There is a big difference. The 4th gen cars were designed and built as ttop cars with a brace and a solid roof panel added to make it a hard top. You cannot do this with the thirdgen cars.
