Hi, I recently bought a 91 RS camaro with some damage to the front driver side. I replaced the fender but the bumper is still cracked and I don't want to paint the fender and bumper until I am able to get a new bumper cover. I didn't realize how hard it is to find a cheap used bumper haha.

I found a 85 Camaro being parted out and I wondered if the front bumper cover off of that would fit my 91 and flow just as easy?

shouldnt have a problem fitting. youll just have to make sure the ground effects fit correctly with the bumper cover. wenever i usually see them for sale on sites, it says 85-92 models. but make sure the dimensions are right and like i said with the ground effects too.

Hey Mantaguy.I am thinking of replacing mine.How is the quality of the one you bought?What do they mean by reconditioned,is it stripped and ready for paint and have they figured out how to get the sags fixed?Thanks for your help.

 

I'm waiting for the cover,it should be here soon,I ordered it on the 3rd.as far as reconditioned I would assume it is stripped of it's original color and any defects in it are gone.It's not a bad price and the shipping was less than $50.00.I'll let you know when I receive it'

I called them today and now it's a waiting game.The cover is on back order.The thing that pisses me off is it's a .com co.and I had to call to see what was taking so long,you would think they would have emailed me and gave me a heads up

i just ordered mine on thursday from classic industries and i noticed it was backordered, which is fine...but i emailed them to see how long, they said 4-6 weeks....... i got an email from ups yesterday saying it was shipped and should be here monday...so dont listen to everything the website tells you. good luck
