Adding fog lights and power windows/locks

I have a 1992 RS that didn't come with fog lights or power doors or windows. If I bought the fog light grille and the lights, how hard is it to install them? I also want power locks and windows. How hard would that be? How much do you think it would cost to just buy the parts and get it done? Let me know, thanks.

I don't known about the fog lamps. But the power windows and lock I have done. Its not too hard. Each motor and regulator cost me $45 each. Then the center console with switches $25. Then the wires and nuts and bolts. The power locks were $25 each, with the switches and relay. The more wire and a couple of bolts. So I guess it cost me $200 and about 8 hours of labor.

I got mine stuff from GM Sport Slavage (Used)in San Jose, California. Since these cars are ending up in the junk yards more and more. It might be a good idea to check out your local pick-n-pull. When you go to these yards pull all the wiring. Dealers want to much.
