The best advice i can give is to do the opposite of what the jack did. It's hard to explain without seeing it, but here's a stab at it. If the pinch weld is damaged or collapsed fix it with channel locks, pliers, hammer, whatever it takes to get back to normal. Remove the tire and splash shield and persuuade it down with a 2x4 about 12-18 inches long and a heavier than normal hammer. Careful of your back swing. You want to "strech" the fender back to normal. If you cut the bottom of the 2x4 at a slight angle it will fit right in there and leave no external visible marks. Think about how you need to move it carefully before leaping. If you need fine tune it, remove the bottom bolt(s) and drill the hole(s) a little larger for more adjustment. Hope that helps.
