How hard is it to put in intermittent wipers?

I was planning on putting these in because I'm sick of the stock low/hi speeds, they just suck. Anybody know what you would need, how hard it is, and if it's even worth it?

IT WAS RAINING LIKE HELL HERE AND I WAS WONDERING THE SAME THING? DO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE STEERING COLUMN(I'LL CHANGE TO TILT) OR JUST THE STALK? I SEE THESE INTERMITTENTS AT THE BONE YARDS ALL THE TIME. ALSO DO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE WIPER MOTOR(HAVING PROBLEM GETTING MINE TO SHOOT THE WIPER JUICE ON THE GLASS)?

You'll need a delay motor assembly along with a column switch intended for the delay wipers. The wiring is the same for both delay and non-delay units.
