I have wide tires on my car, so the tire rubs in the wheel well when I turn. It rubs on the mud flaps. I don't know if that is your problem, but it coul be a possibility. You never mentioned if it was when you were moving or not.

Mine does the same thing...its done it since I bought the car 3 years ago. It never hurt anything that I can tell. My fix was to not turn the wheel al the way over.

Could be worn out bushings.
Or could be damaged tie rods.

The caster in your axles could be set too far back or forward *Where the wheel sits compaired to the fender wall* If it's set too far either direction, when you turn all the way, the tire will rub on the back or front of the fender. Park it, turn the wheel one way, and go look. Mine does it, I need new struts before I can send it to the alignment shop.
