gt autos notch back

Hey I just got the new notch back I was the 2nd one they shipped. All I have to say is the pictures on his site do it no justice. I had there hood on the car and just got the notch back and put it on (not painted yet) it looks bad A$$. I could not belive the diffrens in weight. I can't use the old struts but who cares I lost that heavy A$$ glass and the car looks 100% better. I will try to post some pictures when It gets paint on it.

I was quoted $125 for truck shipping to Ohio.

What about the sturt issue though? I was thinking of getting the weakest set out there. Like for a non spoiler hatch???

Hey gt auto just sent me these strut lock things to use with the hatch they said to drill a hole in the strut to releive pressure and install these locks. looks like it will work ok. I am going to go to the body shop and put them on tomarrow. hope to get some pictures.

I already have one strut that was relived of pressure, allowing the hatch to slam and exploding the glass.

Which is why I'm looking at notchback.
