Tell me what you guys think about this interior, if anyone by me has a headliner, let me know! Thanks. The orginal color was an ugly brown color and in really bad shape (if anyone needs brown seats, pieces, I have them). So I went to a junk yard and got all the pieces. The carpet was in really bad shape so I had to steam clean it 15 times. Still not bad. I tape deck is from a 2000 firebird. Gotta love those red lights!! Let me know what you all think.

Here's what the car looks like. I bought it for 900. It came with a 305 and 700r4 and the leather seats, door panels and console. The rest was a really ugly 70's brown. I got rid of the Getto Blaster wheels and got the 15" Trans am ones with the center caps. I'm currently doing body work. I still need to change the seats belts. I bought everything that is gray (minus seats, door panels and console) for $50.00. Not bad I don't think. Not a show car by anymeans but gets me places with a little luxury.

AHHH, your driving her in snow????? Poor thing!!! j/k. Looks really good man, i need to get new seats for mine cause theres a few rips. Maybe ill get them reulpulstered. Right now pep boy seat covers seem to work just fine.

Yeah, I don't like driving her in snow . If you were going to get your seats redone, I would find some leather ones at a junk yard or something. Maybe even from a 4th gen. That'll look really nice.

i like the "look" of your firebirds exterior, im a bit partial for the SE's and camaro SC's.

 

Cool, I like your bird. Looks like a nice foundation to build on. I dont see many 82-84 birds around any more, take care of it.

1982Firebird 502 I live in Columbus IN too. I didn't know any one else was on here. I have 2 cars that i'm working on right now. We should get together sometime, i'd like to check out that interior job in person. I'm thinking about doing the same to my 89.
