Go to autozone to get a Haynes manual... it'll tell you how to take just about anything off.

And maybe you could just answer the question or point him in the right direction without the need for such comments. That kind of talk on these boards are no longer being tolerated.

I'm sure everyone wasn't born with this infinite knowledge about cars. Everyone must start somewhere by learning and some people can be great providers of this knowledge. On the other hand, hypocrites can insult people without the knowledge they hold, when in truth they learned this knowledge from another person.....in one form or another.

Appreciation goes out to any people who offer knowledge and help to any beginner. Continue to try to lead newcomers in the right direction, because one day they may know something you don't.

I thought the purpose of the board was to help each other - not tear each other apart. I try to live by the motto, "If you can't say something good - DON'T SAY ANYTHING."

If it was not for this and other boards my car would still look like the piece of $250.00 junk I originally bought. Others opinions, expertise and experiments have helped me restore my third gen and are going to help me restore another one come spring. Let's stay positive. Remember the thirdgen is discontinued so we don't have a lot of time to save our cars - the clock is ticking.

Yes, I figured out how to remove them. Thanks! I am slowly customizing my stock black and grey interior. I have been choicely painting certain interior parts red. I just spray 2 coats of primer and then 2 coats of red engine paint. Just take your time and don't go everboard.
