IMO no they do not look good. They look like the person driving is trying to hard to get attention. I say get attention with your timeslips, quality of ride, etc.

I glue my time slips to my winshield i think it looks neat. Please don't put neons on a car w/ squeaky brakes, rust holes, broken windows. Hmmm.. I actually have seen a gold first gen w/ matching Neons. However he turned them on when his car was parked, he didnt cruise around w/ them on. (whats the point?)

I agree with prepz28. Don't put neon lights on a car that is a rust bucket. I think people should spend the money to get the car running right or fix the defects. I think if your car looks good now (no rust, dents, paint chipping) put some neons on and it will really look good. What color car do you have? It looks white or light blue in the sig. and what color lights are you looking to put under it? That can make a big difference. I drive a deep red, almost maroon, 88 and am wondering what color would look good under mine.

Underbody neons good for car shows, its like a portable color stage, lol. I have strobes I've purchused for the front fog lamps, the rear reverse lights. Haven't installed yet.

Gonna install some dim, but still indglo blue up under the dash to light up the foot wells.

I want neons too. what color neons go with primer and blue... see i got light grey primer on the front and rear bumper covers and dark grek on the fenders, hood, and rear quarters. the door is still blue with iroc on it <i dont want to prime it till i shave the handles and mirrors> but what is a good neon to make my car stand out just a little more.

My camaro is teal and i put a green street glow gold underbody kit under it. It turns heads whereever i go..i think they can be a cool addition. I do agree w/the other guys tho that installed in or on a rustbucket is a waste. Make sure your car runs and looks good before u go for the neons. Also under the dash looks good. I saw an install w/the lights behind a pair of blau speakers that were transparent..looked sweet.

D@MN! That Suzuki with the neon looks awesome! I bet that looks wild when it's pitch black, and the rider is tearing around an area with no street lights. Like the rider is riding a halo. Cool.

I haven't wanted to put neons on my car because everyone around here has had them for like 10yrs. After seeing them on cars where the neons prob. cost more than the car I lost interest. Now that nobody around here has them now I'm thinking about getting some later down the road. First I have to finish my Rear Seat amp install.
