Rear Storage Lid Lock
I am looking for someone who has a factory rear storage lid that can take a picture of the back side of the lock? My car had the lock missing from previous owner. I got a lock, but it did not come with the pawl/lever or clip to hold the lock. Anyway just need a pic to figure out what I am looking for. Here is a pic of what I am looking for, but I need a close up of the pawl and holding clip.

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
Hope these help. I believe the part you need is a black piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring. Works just like the part that holds the door lock cylinders in place...

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
I really appreciate you taking the time to post pic. However, I am looking for a pic to the floor storage lid and not the rear storage that is off to the side as you have posted. I guess not all cars came with this lid. Anyway I think this lock has a different style pawl/lever on it than the one you posted.

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
I have a few of the lock pawls available and also have the black part that attaches to the lock to keep the cover latched shut

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
I would be interested in one of these pawls as well, but here is my situation. When I first got my car every lock had a different key to it. Pretty annoying. I recently got a lock set, so that I could be down to one key. The lock that they gave me to go to the trunk floor storage lid requires a pawl with a smaller size hole to fit around the lock than the trunk side storage compartment pawl. It just seemed really weird that the locks and pawls would be so very different between the two storage compartments, which is why I have been asking for pic to see what the original factory one looked like. Not sure if the lock I have is even right. I'll take a picture of it and post it tomorrow.

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
Thank you for the pics. Answered a lot of my questions. Here are my pics.
This first pic is of all the side storage lock pieces. Its pawl has the curve in it. These were already on my car and based on others pic I would say they are factory.

Here are the pieces I have collected so far for the trunk floor storage lid minus the pawl that I am missing. Based off your pic it looks like I have the right lock and little clip that holds the pawl on the lock. The lock retainer clip in my pic is for a door lock. I got it from Classic Industries, part no 9728247 $2.95. It is a little wider, but it can be trimmed down to work to hold the lock in place.

Here are the two locks together.

The pawl you show in your pic is very different from any I have ever seen. Is it made of metal or plastic? How many of these pawls do you have? I would be interested in buying one? If you only have one and since Edwardgp and oaklandfuelman are needing one too, maybe I can take it to a machinist to make duplicates, so it is a win for all of us.

Re: Rear Storage Lid Lock
Another pic of the locks together.

For anyone interested the lock set I got was from classic industries, part no TK467. It replaced all the locks except the t-tops. All five locks came with the clips to hold on the pawls, but did not include the pawls or lock retaining clips.
I did buy a set of classic industries t-top lock sets (TK1080) and they actually came with both pawls included, which I am not sure is normal.
They do sell a floor stowage lock (TK445), which matches the lock I got in the TK467 set. I had them check and it did not come with a pawl.

I have several of the plastic lock pawls.they are held on by 2 bolts. The other black piece is what attaches to the underside of the lock itself.

So are you interested in selling the black piece that attaches to the lock? I already have the piece that attaches with the two bolts.
