problems lining up

my car is an 88 iroc and the right side door seems like it is sunked in more then the front fender.and the rear of the door hits on the groundeffects i was wondering could this be a sign the fender is out or could the frame be twisted?and on the left side my molding on the door does not line up on either side it is lower than the front and rear moldings on the fenders.but i am hoping it is just the hinges and pins because the doors do close hard.and if so would it cost much to get a mechanic to fix them?how many hours?

It sounds like the door hinges are just worn out.The doors are normally about 1/4" to 5/16" below the fender.

ok good i hope so someone told me that you can tell if your frame is bent by how your doors line up.
