I just bought a 1989 Iroc with a knocking engine,The previous owner gave me the ignition key but that's it.I took a rear compartment lock and then a door lock to a local locksmith.They made me 2 keys? Every lock takes a different key on this thing.I live in a town with only one locksmith(with a store front). They really struggle just cutting a duplicate key. So...Anyone know where I can get a set(all keyed alike) of locks with trunk,door,rear compartment and t tops?

Try ebay. Just make sure its for 1986-92 camaros. 1985 and earlier had different style trunk locks. t-top locks are scarce and are pricey if you do find them. Good luck finding a matching lock set with t-top locks. I've done alot of searching and there is nothing.

 

Does a 1989 Iroc have just a Ignition key and one other key that fits door,t tops,hatch and back storage compartment? My local locksmith made a key that slides in to the t top and rear compartment lock but it wont start into a the hatch or door lock.Like it takes a different blank.Probably the door and hatch locks have been changed at some point
