Fix or swap door ?
The driver side door on my 85 z28 is bent up at where it meets the fender from po prying the fender away from the door it also has a little damage at the rear and just little dents in general. I have a 91 that has a good door so I was wondering if you guys think its worth fixing or just swap on the 91 door.

Re: Fix or swap door ?
There are enough differences between 85 and 91 that I wouldn't want to use a door off one on the other.
Should be able to fix most of that. Trouble will be damage on the center of the door since there's an impact bar behind the skin, and along the front since again there's little to no access from the back side.

I figured it would be a easy swap. I thought the only differences were internal besides hearing something about maybe having to mod the triangle seal a bit

Most of the differences are internal. The impact bar is different, assorted details of the stampings/hardware are different, but where I'd avoid that swap is the door latches. They're slightly different, and while the later latch will probably still close on an earlier car, you'll see the hardware is different whenever someone opens the doors. But then I am picky. Plenty of people mix and match parts and the fact they're not right for the application doesn't bother them.
