Decided to build my own rear wing
Since everything out there is ugly and mecham doesn'r respond. So.....just diy then.

Every time I see a thread like this, I look just to see what kind of cringe worthy ghetto masterpiece someone has thrown together. This time I was quite surprised to see an awesome looking spoiler, on an even better looking T/A. Right on man, looking forward to some pics when it's painted

The ugly wheels will go. Tomorrow a set of black gold 19x9.5 and 19x11 will hopefully be here.

Started glassing. It's pretty solid with ell the epoxy and stuff. I'm starting to get worried the stock screws won't hold. Hmmm. Might have to fab a billet threaded piece to go into the stands

I had always wanted to try that given the price of an actual Mecham wing and the repro aero wing. Looks much better than I thought it would.
