Help adjusting drivers side window upper stop

I am redoing the weatherstripping and got the header and top rails done. When closing the door the passenger side was great, but the driver's side is about 1/2" short at the back top corner at full up position. The front top of the window is perfect.

What would I adjust to get that top rear corner higher?

You may already have this, but if not, it may be helpful. Check pages 18-19 for window adjustment procedures, should apply to Convertibles too.

I did not, thank you! It's much more straightforward than the FSM. Looks like I just need to adjust the upstops.

Happy to help, I'm redoing my weatherstripping right now as well. This guide has been invaluable to me, particularly as I have t-tops.

Are you using adhesive at all? I was told it might be needed but not to use it if possible. So far I haven't needed it but I'm thinking at some point someone will accidentally dislodge a section. I'm thinking the adhesive will probably help a lot in that regard and maybe I would use it sparingly in that case.

Looks like you might need to tilt the window a hair, front end down a touch to bring the back edge forward just a little.

I am using 3M weatherstrip adhesive, but only after making sure that each piece of weatherstripping is exactly where it needs to be. I'm still adjusting things and fixing new leaks as it rains, and as I've been able to find the leaks. I can tell you however that the factory used very little adhesive anywhere (everything I replaced was original). I've basically just been following the water leak guide as closely as possible, and only putting adhesive in places that it says to put it. Remember, the adhesive's job is only to hold the weatherstripping to the car, and not to keep out water by itself.
