What is this leaking out of the spoiler?

I'm kinda stumped. This has been leaking out of the spoiler of my car for the last week or so, around after I washed it. Does anyone know what this is or how this happens? This is my first project car so I'm pretty new to everything, especially body work.

Yeah I think this is it. It seems that along the bottom of the spoiler water can get in and slowly leak out. I'm assuming that the white stuff is soap that failed to drain out.

A lot of times when you start spraying high pressure water around the edges and gaps of the glass and whatnot, you'll find spots where all kinds of dirt and debris has gotten trapped.

Hell, I washed my Firebird today. It took longer to dry the door jambs, and open the hatch and let the water run forward where it could be dried, than it took to dry the rest of the car. If I don't open the hatch and get the gap between the spoiler and the trunk lid, it'll dump water all over the tail lights and bumper when I go to drive away.
